HOW COOL WOULD IT BE IF...?

GDC in March - Come See R. A. Salvatore!

R. A. Salvatore, New York Times best-selling author and creator of Drizzt Do'Urden, will be representing 38 Studios at the 2010 Game Developers Conference in San Francisco this March. Salvatore will be giving his first lecture aimed squarely at the games industry, titled From Fantasy to Franchise: How to Build a Universe Worthy of Devotion. In his own words, Bob will guide attendees through his creative processes and share the lessons he's learned from creating his own iconic body of work.

As one of the visionaries behind 38 Studio's Copernicus IP, Salvatore's uncanny ability to weave imaginative plots and complex themes into visceral and exciting fantasy tales is well-suited to redefining the fantasy MMO genre. In addition to being a gifted and prolific author, Bob is also a long-time gamer who sits on the board of trustees for his local library.

In addition to various speaking engagements, the staff of 38 Studios will be on hand to recruit new team members for our Boston and Baltimore studios. Stop by our booth at the Career Pavilion and say hello!
