To kick off the month of June, 38 Studios' CEO and President Brett Close took some time at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in L.A. to talk with MMORPG.com about the acquisition of Big Huge Games, and what it means for 38 Studios and the Copernicus IP. You can watch the entire interview here.
Later in the month, Close contributed to an article that examined the developing connections between the video game industry and the TV/movie industry in Massachusetts. And finally, 38 Studios' Paul Mock recently participated in XSite 2009, a day-long event celebrating New England's innovation, leadership, and progress in a variety of fields. Mock was part of a panel entitled, “The Digital Entertainment Cluster: Boston's Best-Kept Secret.” Panel members discussed their companies' growth strategies, along with the general direction of entertainment-related innovation in New England.
