In his spare time, 3's own Jamie Gotch (along with some friends), created an iPhone game called Fieldrunners. Going by the name Subatomic Studios, the team has crafted a well-polished, stylistic take on the tower defense genre. The audience response has been phenomenal, with Fieldrunners holding steady as one of the top-ten overall applications (as well as a top-five game), for the iPhone since its release. Currently, Fieldrunners is the only application with a perfect 5-star rating and is the second most reviewed application on the entire iPhone App Store with over 2,100 reviews, trailing only Super Monkey Ball!

Jamie and his crew recently released a free update to Fieldrunners featuring music and sound by 38 Studios' Director of Audio Aubrey Hodges, as well as a new map and Endless Mode. If you've got an iPhone, go play it! Like, now!
