Summary
Reporting to the Recruiting Director, this position will not only support the recruitment team through a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, but also partner closely with candidates and hiring managers to continually provide top-notch interviewing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, post and track job descriptions on internal and external websites.
• Schedule off-site and on-site interviews, maintain on-site interviews.
• Ensure the recruiting tracking system and tools are updated at all times.
• Administer tests and studio tours as needed.
• Maintain the recruiting database and prepare recruiting updates.
• Coordinate conferences & university related events such as portfolio reviews, open houses and career days.
• Prepare candidate expense reports for approval.
• Prepare recruiting materials for job fairs and other recruiting events.
• Represent the company externally as needed.
• Participate in monthly planning sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 
Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements
 
Background

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting or administrative experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with outlook scheduling, application tracking systems, travel booking and relocation is needed.
• Passion for video games is an asset (PC or console).
• Prior experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Competencies

• Must be comfortable working autonomously and within a team environment.
• Must be able to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Must possess a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a focus on quality.
• A high level of attention to detail required.

Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with the game development industry and production methodologies (Agile/SCRUM) is a plus.
