We’ve made our home in Clock Tower Place, a historic mill at the center of a community that is home to some of the country’s most innovative companies. Our building is a fantastic creative environment and also houses a full-service cafeteria, Gold's Gym, fully bonded daycare, convenience store, bank, and copy and shipping center. By Public Transportation


You can reach 38 Studios by taking the Commuter Rail (Fitchburg/South Acton Line) from North Station in Boston or Porter Square in Cambridge. Disembark at the South Acton Rail Station. From there, take the free Clock Tower Place shuttle to Maynard.

Note: The Town of Maynard has some metered parking on Main Street. However, the Town will ticket your vehicle if the meter expires, or if you are there for more than 2 hours.
